At eXtreme Restraints, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, factory-sealed items to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
- 2.Request an RMA
Contact our customer support team through your account dashboard or via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack Your Return
Securely pack the item in a discreet shipping box to protect your privacy and the product's integrity. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
